Product-review reward

A verified purchaser who reviews at least one product from an eligible paid order earns one 5% discount code for their next purchase, regardless of the rating given. Reviewing more items from the same order does not earn additional codes. Each completed purchase can earn one reward. Full-price and sale jewellery qualify; there is no minimum spend. Personalisation, gift packaging and delivery are excluded. The code expires 30 days after issue.

Using a code

Codes are personal, single-use and restricted to the purchaser’s email address. Use one code per order; welcome and review discounts cannot be combined. An unused welcome code can be used instead of a review code while the first-order conditions remain satisfied.

Honest feedback

Reviews can be positive, neutral or negative. A reward never depends on a favourable rating. Rewarded reviews are identified. Website and service feedback is open to everyone and is separate from verified-purchase product reviews.

Offers on other sales channels apply only where explicitly supported by that platform. A website code cannot automatically be redeemed on a marketplace.
