Online orders and delivery

Rafyq Jewels operates online only. We do not offer in-store collection, showroom visits or walk-in returns. Available destinations, delivery methods, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout when available. If a delivery method or cost is not displayed, please contact us before attempting to pay. Unless a different time has been agreed, UK consumer law generally requires delivery within 30 days.

Change-of-mind cancellations

For most eligible online purchases, a UK consumer may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. Please notify us through our Contact page and include the order number. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Certain statutory exceptions apply, including some personalised items and certain sealed goods which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Refunds

Where the statutory cancellation right applies, we refund the price paid and the basic outward delivery cost as required by law. A refund is normally issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or satisfactory evidence that they were sent back. A deduction may be applicable where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please contact us for the correct returns address before posting anything; do not send returns to our registered office unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Our policies do not restrict your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or materially different from its description, please contact us promptly with your order information and supporting photos where possible.
